Yes. Runs start at 100 per design, and the minimum order is $75 for standard labels and stickers, or $125 for specialty work such as white ink, spot UV, and UV emboss. Have several designs with the same size, material, and finish? We may be able to run them together for better quantity pricing. Tell us what you need and we’ll confirm everything in your quote.

Many jobs turn around in 1–2 business days. Larger or more involved projects typically take 3–5 business days, and very large runs or heavier finishes can take a little longer. Production time starts once your artwork is approved and payment is received, and we’ll confirm timing with your quote. Tell us about any firm deadline before ordering; shipping time, if applicable, is separate from production time.

A print-ready vector PDF is ideal; AI and EPS files work too. High-resolution PNG, TIFF, or JPEG files are also accepted. Raster artwork should be 300 PPI at final print size, and lower-resolution files may need some prepress work. Please include at least 1/16 inch (1.6 mm) of bleed on all sides, or 1/8 inch (3.2 mm) when possible, keep important details inside the cut line, and outline your fonts or embed them. CMYK is preferred; RGB is accepted, but colors may shift a little in print. You don’t need to set up cut lines or special effects yourself. Tell us which parts of your design should get white ink, spot UV, or UV emboss and we can build the production files, with any setup fees listed in your quote. Avoid screenshots or images saved from social media when an original is available.

Screens emit light, while printed materials reflect it. The same design can look different on screen and in print, and the material and finish affect the result too. If a particular brand color is important, mention it when requesting a quote so we can discuss expectations.

UV printing uses ultraviolet light to cure specially formulated ink during printing. It can be used for a range of materials and effects, depending on the equipment and ink. Ask us whether it’s an appropriate option for your particular project.

A gloss finish adds shine across a surface. Spot gloss applies that shine to selected areas, such as a logo or a pattern, to create contrast. If you’re interested in a specialty finish, mention it in your request so we can confirm availability and artwork requirements.

Our embossed UV labels add dimension through raised printed details. This textured effect differs from traditional embossing or debossing, which physically shapes the base material. We offer three levels: Spot UV, gloss contrast with little or no substantial raised texture; Standard UV emboss, a noticeably raised tactile finish; and Heavy UV emboss, a pronounced high-build tactile finish. The exact height depends on your artwork and material, so we can’t promise a specific height, but we’re happy to help you choose. Let us know which parts of your design you want to highlight and we’ll take care of the production files.

It depends on the material, finish, surface, and exposure. Let us know if your prints will face water, sunlight, refrigeration, or regular handling. We’ll confirm the suitability of the quoted material for your intended use rather than assume every print has the same durability.

Size, quantity, materials, artwork preparation, finishes, and production requirements all affect pricing. Any applicable setup or artwork charges should be included in your quote so you can review the full scope before proceeding.

Quotes are valid for 14 days. If it’s been longer than that, just reach out and we’ll take a fresh look.

Yes. A digital proof is included at no charge, and you can review and approve it before production. Physical proofs are available on request for an added fee, which is a good idea for specialty finishes or when a particular look matters.

Often, yes, depending on our schedule. Tell us your deadline when you request a quote. Rush fees apply and are confirmed in your quote before anything is scheduled.

Shipping isn’t included in our quotes by default, so we’ll add it separately based on where your order is going. Local pickup may also be available. Just ask when you request your quote.

No. A quote request starts a conversation. We’ll confirm the project details, price, timing, and payment arrangements with you before an order proceeds.

Payment is due upfront before production begins. We’ll send your quote, you can approve a digital proof, and then you’ll receive an invoice with payment instructions. You won’t need to enter payment information in our inquiry forms. Have a recurring or wholesale need? Let us know and we’ll talk it through.

Yes—email us with the changes as soon as you can. Changes to artwork, quantity, size, or finish may affect the quote and timeline. Once production has started, changes may no longer be possible.
